Pay was great!
There were a lot of amazing people a Velociti, until they got a new HR. She’s trash! Geoff Andrew’s, falsely accused me of stealing, and always questioned my character, although I proved him wrong, each and every time. Sarah(scheduling coordinator) simply amazing! I traveled well over 400k miles for Velociti. Literally held down ALL of New Mexico. Then they cut my hours. Went from making 73k my first year, down to 54 my 4th year. They don’t care for their employees, as I had to find my own ride home, after being in an accident. But sent someone to pick up equipment from wrecked vehicle, the same day. They stopped giving bonuses and the $150 dollar boot allowance. They never asked if I was ok. And the next day before 10 am, already had my separation paperwork, showing me how much they appreciated their employees. They wrongfully terminated me, which I won my unemployment claim against them. They lost the identity, of a company, I was proud to work for.
Being a Salary worker, plus time and a half for anything over 40 hours. Traveling and felt like I had a family in Velociti, in the beginning.
Sarah(scheduling coordinator) is amazing. Velociti is lucky to have her! Leadership and energy was the best I’ve ever experienced, when I first started. And by the time, they wrongfully terminated me, it was the complete opposite of anything I want to be a part of.
HR is trash!! Geoff Andrew’s, isn’t who he was 5 years ago. Bonuses stopped. Boot allowance stopped. Family culture died a long time ago.
Phone interview. Then fly u out to riverside, MO for training.
Pay was top notch. Until they cut your hours. Making almost 25k less than the year before. Took a huge blow.
Mainly white people. I’d say about 94%.

There was no leadership, and there was no anything that I could say because even with video proof of something not being my fault, the company still let me go.
They should probably actually ask their employees because they lost such an asset by listening to a meth out truck driver without trying to literally run me off the road and follow me to a parking lot which then he punched the mirror of my vehicle at which time I then sped off, and was fired for it.
I did not have to do any preparing, everything was virtual
