The practice's leading team of licensed psychiatrists and psychologists represent extensive and diverse expertise to facilitate superior and highly personalized treatment plans for a full scope of mental health issues for children, adolescents, and adults. Just about any mental health condition can be addressed at Uptown Psych, including attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addiction, and all anxiety spectrum disorders.
As the Medical Director, you will oversee the clinical operation of our centers in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana while playing an important role in promoting a just culture and safe clinical environment for our patients and providers. You will work with operational leadership and staff to establish, implement, support, and maintain clinical and operational processes related to quality improvement and cost-effective services for patients. The Medical Director communicates with a multidisciplinary team including Primary Care Providers and/or Specialty Physicians to ensure the most appropriate, cost-effective, and quality medical care is provided. The Medical Director formally reports up through the executive director for their local clinic while maintaining an indirect reporting relationship to their Regional Medical Director.
The Medical Director will maintain a clinical caseload (0.6 FTE) and provide clinical oversight, allowing you to continue providing patient care while leveraging your expertise on a broader scale.
This is a 1.0 FTE position that offers the ability to flex your schedule to meet your needs and the needs of the client. The position is based on-site at 4753 N. Broadway St. in Chicago, IL. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Chicago, IL. Opportunities to occasionally work from home doing telehealth sessions may be considered. This is a salaried position with quarterly bonus potential after six months of employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Engage in clinical work, including patient care, and clinical supervision commensurate with assigned clinical hours & expectations
Manage a team of direct reports consisting of psychiatric physicians and/or advanced practice clinicians (APCs)
Serve as the collaborating physician and/or clinical supervisor of APCs, ensuring appropriate supervision requirements are being met
Support and advise clinicians with acute or complex clinical concerns with an “open door” approach to consultation
Encourage collaboration between clinicians, APCs, and physicians
Serve as a multi-state, didactic partner to center operations leader to support the delivery of high-quality and affordable care
Assess and recommend clinician/provider staffing needs and assist in recruiting clinical staff
Oversee onboarding of new hires including Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems and telehealth platforms as well as company
Maintain quality assurance programs by participating in chart reviews and analyzing outcome metrics
Participate in performance evaluations, including improvement plans and terminations
Contribute to initiatives for continuing education, including CMEs
Elevate concerns from front-line clinicians related to quality, clinical operations, and workforce issues
Champion patient safety through RLDatix reporting and reviews
Ensure adherence to relevant Optum policies and procedures
Provide ad hoc reporting as needed

Required Qualifications:
M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) or D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine)
Active, unrestricted Psychiatrist license in at least one of the following states: Illinois, Wisconsin, or Indiana. Must be willing to obtain licensures in remaining states within 90 days, if applicable

What You'll get to Do:
This position will primarily be located at our customer site and will support the SIGINT Technology Center (STC). The STC is where technology and teamwork come together to meet the unique needs of the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. The STC is comprised of multiple mission-focused programs with projects ranging from SIGINT payload and data link development to OCONUS/CONUS mission/maintenance support. STC tasks include system design, engineering development, system integration, hands-on build and test, field operations and maintenance, training, and production.
Provide overall operations and maintenance support of fielded SIGINT systems to include:
Ground support analysis during operational flights and act as a liaison between operations, engineering, and data analysis.
On-site SIGINT System triage support:
Monday - Friday on a set schedule.
Interface and collaborate with customers, end users, operators, and Field Service Representatives to document issues, concerns, or questions regarding NG systems.
Coordinate determined resolutions at customer site by enacting known troubleshooting procedures or additional actions as directed by the engineering team.
Collaborate with NG system engineering leads and vendor SMEs for triage and follow-up engineering as needed.
On-call pager support:
Pager duty is 7 days, 24 hours, performed once a month.
10-minute call back, 1 hour SME call back, 3-hour SME on site visit as required.
Provide on-call support and triaging.
Directly involved with engineering leads, issue tracker, and O&M communications to be aware of what is being communicated to the team and what issues are being tracked.
Add and/or update tickets to the Issue Tracker and/or JIRA and communicate to the O&M support team.
Attend customer related meetings such as daily stand-ups, operations preparations, training, etc. as directed and allowed by the customer to ensure NG systems are used and optimized for their needs.
Attend Core weekly NG, customer, and vendor meetings.
May facilitate NG-led, technical exchange meetings (TEMs) with customers, vendors, and external partners.
Establish a strong working relationship with customers, vendors, and external partners.
Develop and execute troubleshooting procedures for use in real-time operations.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to upgrade and improve developmental and fielded systems to maximize uptime and capability.
This requisition may be filled at either a Principal Airborne Systems Operator or Senior Principal Airborne Systems Operator.

Canon USA in Burlington, NJ is currently seeking an Accounting Analyst (Analyst, Accounting). Under supervision of the Accounting Manager, conducts detailed balance sheet and expense account reconciliations and analysis to monitor and explain budget variances in order to ensure accurate financial reporting.
This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
Your Impact
Monitors Sales, Cost Of Sales and Overhead expense accounts to ensure accurate coding of invoices throughout the month, and during the month-end process
Able to handle multiple ledger reconciliations
Generates month-end reports, operating statements, financial and statistical analysis for variance budget to actual results for assigned accounts, departments and branches
Prepares Management reports of MTD and YTD Activity for Zone and Regional locations
Involvement in quarterly audit process in various Revenue and Overhead Expense accounts

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience
