Mac Curtis is a results-oriented corporate executive with over 25 years of senior level experience in the federal government contracting industry. A hands-on leader who sets the highest standards for performance for himself and his management team, Mac is best known for his strategic planning, business development and management skills to lead and grow the business with an eye for acquisitions that complemented Vangent's strategy. He is a proven, visionary leader who builds strong leadership teams and motivates employees to deliver exceptional results. Mac was named a 2011 Federal 100 Award winner by Federal Computer Week in recognition of his leadership in the federal government IT industry and for his efforts in affecting change, progress and efficiency in determining how the federal government acquires, develops and manages IT. Under his leadership, Vangent was awarded the GovCon award for the Contractor of the Year (|$300M) for 2011. As the leader of both Pearson Government Solutions and Vangent, Mac and his team were responsible for creating significant value for the respective owners. Ms. Felix is the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Sotera Defense Solutions. She oversees all of the financial operations of Sotera’s business including strategic planning, accounting and financial processes and procedures. Ms. Felix brings to Sotera the knowledge she has gained from 20 years of experience as a financial professional in the government services and technology sectors. Her career includes serving as Controller of two private equity-backed companies, Deltek, Inc. and Vangent, Inc. During her tenure with those organizations, Ms. Felix took Deltek through an initial public offering and helped Vangent secure a successful sale to General Dynamics.
