Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Analyst to join our team at the 363rd ISR Wing (363 ISRW), supporting Air Combat Command (ACC). The Cyber Analyst will play a critical role in cybersecurity operations and system administration for the Air Force Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise at the 363 ISRW.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cybersecurity operations and system administration to safeguard sensitive information and mission-critical systems.
Support the development and implementation of cyber defense measures to protect against emerging threats.
Monitor, analyze, and respond to cyber incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
Provide system administration support, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise and local network devices.
Liaise with the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) and Enterprise Service Center (ESC) to resolve technical issues and ensure system availability.

Required Qualifications:
Experience Level: Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor
category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Required Education: Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the master's degree
Technical Expertise:
Expertise in cryptologic support, cybersecurity operations, and system administration.
Advanced knowledge in cyber defense tools, network security, and incident response methodologies.
Familiarity with cyber threat analysis and mitigation strategies.
Skills:
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment.
Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a properly sequenced manner based on mission priorities.
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Job Description
* Provides desktop engineering efforts to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot data input/output devices across the DCSA networks, as part of the overall strategic objective of the DCSA IT modernization and One IT initiatives to provide an improved flexible and evolving enterprise IT environment to support the DCSA mission IAW with DCSA and DoD policies and procedures and commonly utilized industry best practices.
* Creates and builds images; updates, maintains and secures enterprise endpoints; and develops non-standard workstation images for standalone machines.
* Performs quarterly update and delivery of enterprise desktop image to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
* Troubleshoots and makes recommendations for remediation of security and functionality issues in the desktop image.
* Identifies, logs and tracks user issues, software conflicts and hardware device conflicts through IT incident ticketing system, providing resolution and/or escalating for assistance.
* Receives Tier II tickets that are escalated to the DE team and resolves desktop incidents and issues.
* Walks customers through installing applications and computer peripherals, upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.
* Ensures on-time delivery and execution of all aspects of desktop engineering technical assistance and support.
* Ensures timely restoral and proper maintenance of laptops/tablets/workstations and peripheral devices.
* Works with various DCSA teams, such as Data Center Operations (DCO) and Computer Network Defense, to support day-to-day logistics of deploying integrated solutions, including scheduling, provisioning, imaging, patching, securing, sanitizing, testing, tracking, distribution, storage, and transportation of assets.
* Analyzes deployment failures and takes corrective actions, while identifying and recommending solutions to problematic trends and patterns.
* Recommends and implements technology, knowledge management, and processes that improve the effectiveness of desktop engineering.
* Supports documentation of desktop/system network configurations and software inventory, as well as DE/Automation trends and resolutions.
* Provides support for training for new technology deployment
* Updates and maintains a knowledge base for investigating, diagnosing, and resolving incidents, as applicable.

It is required that the Senior Desktop Engineer have the following qualifications:
* BA/BS.
* Nine (9) or more years of experience in Desktop Support and Data Center Operations or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
* Experience with SCCM or (MS Endpoint Configuration Manager).
* IAT-II certification (i.e. Security +).
* US Citizen and Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a Senior Systems Engineer - IPT Lead for Intelligence Systems, you'll be leading a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) designing and analyzing unique mechanical and structural systems, leading and working on small technical teams, and coordinating with other IPT Leads and program management to complete assignments. Our program offers opportunity to see your designs concept development through use in operational environments, often with hands-on participation via prototyping and testing. Work products include specialized tools, structural systems, hardware components, assemblies, and prototypes supporting both program technology development tasking and customer operations initiatives.

Minimum Secret-level clearance transferrable at time of hire required - TS/SCI with poly is a plus
