Eric Carrasquilla brings product management expertise, deep product strategy, and a proven track record of success in the technology industry to his role as CEO of Vendavo.

Eric Carrasquilla is a revenue management veteran with deep roots in technology, product strategy, and product management. He joins Vendavo from customer engagement, revenue management, and payment solutions provider CSG, where he served as Executive Vice President and Division President. Eric is passionate about building, selling, and delivering great software that creates awesome customer experiences. He holds an MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Jose State University.

Gina Bates brings more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience from SAP, Coupa, Anaplan and Salesforce.

Gina has a proven track record building successful, high-performing teams, and is passionate about cultivating a strong team culture. She leads the Global Sales, Business Consulting, Sales Operations, and Partnership teams in all geographies. Gina is a Michigan State alumna.

Mike Bernard brings over 15 years of B2B Marketing experience to the role with a deep passion for driving revenue growth, leveraging marketing technology and in building an outstanding team around him.

Mike believes that the right software, and the right people, can truly drive tremendous value for organizations. When you get this combination right, you develop raving fan customers.

Prior to Vendavo, Mike led product and customer marketing at Optimizely and was the CMO of Insite Sofware, the leader in B2B eCommerce software for manufactures and wholesale distributors (acquired by Optimizely).

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, Morris and a master’s degree from Bethel University.

Sharath Dorbala brings over two decades of experience in technology and product leadership roles, Sharath has a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering customer-centric solutions. Prior to joining Vendavo, His previous roles include CEO of Vindicia, a subscription billing platform serving digital media and entertainment businesses where he led the business through record growth and held senior executive and Product Management positions at industry-leading companies such as Amdocs, Conga and Oracle where he successfully led teams to develop and implement cutting-edge products in Customer Management, CPQ, Order Management and Fintech / Payment solutions.

Chris DeBiase is an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners and CFO of Vendavo.

Chris DeBiase is an experienced Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting. He has spent the last 15+ years as a Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer of private equity-backed software companies including Quest Software, Aspect Software, Vertafore, Corel Corporation, and Ingres. Prior to operating roles, Chris spent 10 years as an Equity Research analyst covering software at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup. He is an alumnus of Brown University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Ron Pascuzzi has more than 20 years of leadership experience in software, IoT, and consulting.

As Chief Customer Officer, Ron provides executive leadership across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding through to retention, expansion, and renewal. Prior to joining Vendavo, he spent 4 years as Chief Customer Officer at Plex Systems, Inc. where he led customer success and services.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Western Michigan University. He resides in St. Petersburg, Florida.

As Chief People Officer at Vendavo, Sherelle Lewis brings more than two decades of experience as a strategic human resources leader and is instrumental in aligning Vendavo’s HR strategies with operational goals to drive shareholder value and achieve positive results.

Sherelle has been serving Vendavo for more than 6 years. Prior to her work with Vendavo, Sherelle worked in various human resource roles at Janus Henderson Investors, SquareTwo Financial, Policy Studies, and ADT/Tyco Fire and Security.

Sherelle holds a Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Development from Regis University. She completed McKinsey & Company’s Black Executive Leadership Program in April 2021.

As General Counsel of Vendavo, Sian Story brings more than 15 years’ experience advising international technology companies on the legal aspects of growth and development.

Prior to Vendavo, Sian worked as a senior in house counsel for a public company in the cyber security industry and spent ten years within an international law firm; in part located in the San Francisco Bay Area acting as a trusted business partner advising numerous household name tech businesses on their overseas expansion. Sian has a passion for distilling complex legal issues into simple and efficient actions, building sustainable processes, and facilitating scaling and growth.
