The Equipment Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing all aspects of tank trailer and ISO cleaning, including inspecting the trailer for residual product, and post-cleaning inspection of the interior/exterior of the trailer. . Pay Range: $20.43-$30.76 Shift: First Shift Responsibilities: Safely and effectively perform all duties to prepare, clean and inspect tank trailers and ISO's, including but not limited to: vents, valves, clean-out caps, clamps, loading/unloading lines, hoses, and other equipment that is to be cleaned as per normal tank cleaning procedures. Properly operate atmospheric testing equipment and understand the use and care of rescue equipment use in confined space rescue. Complete paperwork for Confined Space Entry, shipping and receiving of cleaned units, and operation of facility software for TW tickets, billing, safety, etc. Maintain an environment of cleanliness and safety within the wash facility. The General Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the Highway Transport fleet is effectively and efficiently maintained to support the company's business operations. The General Services Manager is responsible for hiring and leading a team of maintenance and cleaning technicians and to fulfill the service needs of the entire fleet while maintaining a safe working environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee, manage, and direct all Maintenance/ECS procedures and operations. Assess current maintenance work processes to optimize efficiency. Create and implement measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs (performing quality check off all machinery, tools, equipment etc.). Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts. Create a work environment with safety as a high priority. Record and track daily progress/error reports.
