After 10 years in traditional TV at NBC Sports and Olympics, he ventured out to form his own media startup that eventually took over production of BlizzCon for Blizzard Entertainment then the fledgeling League of Legends esports with Riot Games. Horn is credited with the professionalization of esports, taking it from niche convention halls to parity with traditional sports, packed stadiums with global viewership in billions of hours. Over the past 6 years, Horn and Riot Games have built the League of Legends global ecosystem from scratch to 14 active competitive regions around the world. He's produced major events at world's most iconic venues including Madison Square Garden, Staples Center, Mercedes Benz Arena in Berlin, and the Bird's Nest in Beijing. He also produced multiple acclaimed entertainment projects including Zedd at Worlds in 2016, Imagine Dragons "Warriors" Music Video / live performance in 2014, and more recent Augmented Reality Dragons and K-Pop bands.
