Debra A. Cafaro, born December 15, 1957 is an American business executive, who is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Ventas, Inc.(NYSE:VTR), an S&P 500 healthcare real estate investment trust (REIT) with enterprise value of $37 billion that owns approximately 1200 healthcare properties located through the U.S., Canada and the UK. Cafaro joined Ventas in 1999 as CEO and President when the company’s market cap was about $200 million and was in dire financial shape. She has been widely credited with the Company’s turnaround and its subsequent success.

Gregory R. Liebbe currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at Ventas, an S&P 500 company. Mr. Liebbe leads all aspects of Ventas’s accounting function including internal and external financial reporting, acquisitions, and dispositions. Before serving as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, Mr. Liebbe was Vice President, Accounting from July, 2011 to August, 2015; Director, Accounting from February, 2011 to July, 2011 and Manager, Accounting from February, 2007 to July, 2011.

JOHN D. COBB currently serves as Ventas’s Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer, after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer from 2010 to 2013. During Mr. Cobb’s tenure, he and his team of investment officers developed key customer relationships and facilitated Ventas’s growth through more than $22 billion in accretive mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Ventas, Mr. Cobb served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Senior Lifestyle Corporation, where he led the strategic direction of a 9,000+ unit retirement company with over 3,400 employees. Before that, Mr. Cobb held various positions with GE Healthcare Financial Services, a division of General Electric Capital Corporation, with the last being Senior Managing Director.

Bhavana Devulapally is a Senior VP/CIO at VENTAS, INC.. She has experience at HYATT HOTELS CORP. Bhavana studied at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and The George Washington University - School of Engineering & Applied Science.

BRIAN K. WOOD currently serves as Ventas’s Senior Vice President and Chief Tax Officer, after serving as Senior Vice President, Tax from 2007 to 2012, and as Vice President, Tax from 2000 to 2007. From 1991 to 2000, he served as Vice President, Tax for Kindred Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: KND), where his areas of concentration were taxation, accounting and insurance. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Wood was a tax manager with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Wood is a member of NAREIT, where he is a member of the Government Relations Committee. He is also a member of the Tax Executives Institute, Inc. and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
