Everyone is friendly and work hard. Everyone’s willing to help where help is needed
Pay is low, they cut bonus to give the supervisors. CEOs, a bigger bonus.
Working with people who really enjoy working. People who are social.
CEO is just a corporate greedy person. Just like any other big corporation. They want all the money while kicking down crumbs to those who keep their company going.
I would give the hard working employees who work countless hours, even on their days off to cover shifts. Their fair share of pay. Give them their bonuses back. Without this team this company would tank. Seen it first hand how leadership panics when people are out of work. If we all stopped coming to work. They would lose a lot of money.
Showed up ready to work
They pay us just enough so we can’t leave, but refuse to pay enough for their employees to survive.
We are very diverse. I love it. You learn a lot and become family with people at this job. And when I say family.. I mean the workers. Not the “company is family”
Being around positive people. People who can make you laugh and make your day go good. Helpful teamworkers
