    Employment Type: Salaried Work Arrangement: Remote Responsible for the management and maintenance of the company's enterprise systems relating to customer pricing (new and existing products), customer pricing profiles, and customer contracted pricing. Responsible for the coordination with the commercial organization all pricing enterprise system efforts. Responsible for the company's enterprise pricing standards. Works directly with Manager on department projects. (i.e., development, installation of ongoing management of uniform enterprise pricing process for top distributor partners. Maintain strong relationships with the commercial organization, partnering with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and other departments. Major Duties and Responsibilities: * Act as a liaison with Sales and pricing managers across departments to maintain price margin levels, and recommend corrective actions when deviations are identified. Responsible for some distributor account management TBD. * Functions as the subject matter expert for enterprise pricing data administration, maintenance, and integrity. Assigned system pricing updates, accuracy and timeliness. Support organization in all out of scope pricing efforts (i.e., Pricing Strategy, RevX). Pricing contracts, customer profiles, off invoice promotions, and AS400 price list management. * Development of sustainable pricing processes to enable the future growth of the organization. Future enterprise (JD Edwards or other). Standardized pricing communication, process improvement, communication flow and implementation. TPMS Maintain Off Invoice Programs (TELUS Solutions). * Ability to define problems and offer solutions to Pricing Admin staff. Train team on new systems and processes as needed. * Manage, coach, assist and develop subordinate personnel to ensure productivity is maximized and subordinates are effective in their roles. Oversee efforts and any and all projects that are assigned to team both individually and/or jointly as a team. * Pricing/Cost Methodology Application (Spot, Demand, Contract and Branded). Manage enterprise Pricing Formulas for Branded Oil; inclusive of item assignment. Spot market overage validation and application. Demand market coordination and application. All associated approvals and alignment from appropriate management or personnel. * Additional responsibilities as assigned. Education and Experience: * Bachelors Degree Preferred; minimum High School graduate (or equivalent). * At least 3-5 years of work experience working in an system administrative support role. * Prior supervisor experience is a plus. Major Duties and Responsibilities: * Leads the efforts to enhance, communicate change, and maintain company Quality and Food Safety prerequisite programs, such as GMPs, SSOPs, and other programs. Major Duties and Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using iPaas vendors and a variety of enterprise cloud and on-premise systems. * Oversee the full API lifecycle, from designing and developing RESTful APIs to testing, monitoring, and optimizing for performance and scalability. * Create reusable API assets and connectors to accelerate faster development and future-proof integration solutions. * Work closely with third-party vendors and integration partners to evaluate solutions, manage implementation, and ensure the integration of external systems and tools into the organization's architecture. * Monitor integration performance and health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the efficiency of integration processes across systems. * Collaborate with business analysts and architects to define technical requirements and design integration architectures that align with business needs. * Provide mentorship and guidance to IT peers on integration best practices and coding standards. * Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and support guides. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. * Stay updated with emerging technologies to continuously enhance integration solutions, and drive improvements that align with industry standards. Education and Experience: * 5 - 8 years of experience in integration development, with a focus on enterprise systems and APIs. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Knowledge and Skills: * Extensive hands-on experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform, including API design, development, and deployment. * Experience with MuleSoft product suite, Cloud Hub 2.0, API-led connectivity, API Manager, Partner Manager, and MuleSoft Administration. * In-depth knowledge and experience with event-driven architecture, including Pub/Sub messaging patterns, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and event-driven systems. * Strong proficiency in web services (REST, SOAP) and data formats like XML and JSON. * Familiarity with API management, API security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.), and security principles within MuleSoft integrations. * Good understanding of EDI Standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and integration protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, FTPS). * Experience using version control systems (e.g., Github, Bitbucket) * Proficient in working with databases and data integration, including data mapping, transformation, and database queries. * Exposure to cloud integration platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex integration issues and optimize system performance. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments. * Certifications in integration technologies such as MuleSoft, AWS, Azure. * Experience with manufacturing systems like ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), IoT, and other manufacturing-specific applications is a plus.
