Venture Solar is hiring a MD Electrician.
As an Electrician in the state of MD, you will be responsible for:
Executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning PV solar systems
Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment
Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units
What you'll bring:
Electrician license in the state of MD
Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems preferred
Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtime
A valid driver's license is required
Can work well independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders and work on pitched residential roofs
Ability to work in attics
Full time work 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week.7-
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role.
$32 -$35 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
