Primary Purpose of Position Provides overall management of the Site Project Management Function. Qualifications Essential Job Functions Project Leadership & Execution * Lead, manage, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget results. * Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and execution plans. * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, reports, and documentation to guide project progression. * Monitor and report on project progress to internal teams and stakeholders. Maintain lessons learned logs and lead post-project reviews. * Support development of best practices and training programs for the Project Management team. Customer & Stakeholder Management * Serve as the primary customer point of contact following purchase order award. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution. * Provide ongoing support to customers, sales representatives, engineering, and production teams. * Participate in monthly progress meetings and gross profit reviews. * Assist in addressing and collecting past-due balances and managing accounts receivable tied to project deliverables. Commercial, Contract, & Financial Oversight * Collaborate with Sales to negotiate contract terms and conditions within delegated authority. * Support bid development by defining execution, procurement, and fabrication strategies. * Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, cost tracking, and project budget management. * Analyze, process, and negotiate back charges, warranty claims, and other commercial issues. * Track deliverables using appropriate project management tools and ERP systems. Operational Coordination * Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, sales, and safety to support seamless project execution. * Coordinate shipping priorities, shipment sequencing, and delivery schedules. * Manage and resolve technical and commercial project-related challenges. * Ensure contract execution accuracy and adherence to company standards, safety requirements, and operational processes. Qualifications Background and Education: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (required). * PMP Certification (preferred). * Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus. Required Experience: * 1-5 years of project management experience. * Industrial or commercial construction experience strongly preferred. * Experience reading mechanical piping drawings and fabrication diagrams. Demonstrated Skills * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. * Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management. * Proven experience in change management, including identifying and submitting change orders. * Strong analytical, planning, and risk-management skills. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and ERP systems. * Ability to make effective decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions & Expectations: * Ability to travel up to 30% within and outside the United States. * Work may occur in an office, manufacturing environment, and customer sites. * May require extended hours depending on project demands. * Must be able to operate standard office equipment and lift up to 10 pounds.
