Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is seeking a Builder Sales Representative to join our organization. As a Builder Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with home builders. Your main responsibilities will involve servicing new home buyers of our partner builders and selling security and home automation. There is no cold calling or prospecting.
In this role you will:
Engage with customers to facilitate the purchase of our products and services
Maintain a streamlined workflow for contacting home buyers
Serve as a brand ambassador for Safe Haven Security

The Key Accounts Representative receives and processes customer orders,
inquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. Maintains an ongoing relationship
with selected customers and sales staff. Uses knowledge of products, product availability, sales

Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and follow up with customers and providers to sell or resolve problems, answer questions, correspondence and reports
Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain services and solicitation of new business within the market area
Deliver SEi new business revenues against quarterly targets
Build and manage pipeline against quarterly targets
Provide transparency to all activities via weekly and monthly reports
Create awareness of SEi solutions by creating new clients through cold calling and other marketing initiatives. Provide accurate quotes, proposals, references and sales solutions in a timely and appropriate fashion to derive revenue/sales
Maintain consistent achievement of personal performance standards
Create and maintain account strategies and plans where relevant, as requested by the sales manager
Maintain sufficient activity levels to consistently ensure pipeline growth, customer satisfaction and a demonstrable commitment to personal achievement
Create and maintain a network of key decision-makers within an account(s) and SEi
