Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience required. * Ten (10) or more years of experience in human resources leadership or business partner role, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Strategic thinker with a passion to support and grow Creation employees. * Strong organizational and time management skills * Deals well with complexities and change management. * Knowledge of local and regional Human Resources legislation and related policies and procedures.
