Position Purpose:
Responsible for performing a variety of routine hazardous and non-hazardous waste tasks in the movement of
solids and liquids. Under direct supervision, tasks could include all types of manual labor in cleaning and
decontamination operations, vacuum projects and handling, packing, re-packing, unloading and loading containers
for processing at site or transportation to appropriate facilities.
Primary Duties/responsibilities:
Load and unload various size containers (totes, drums, tankers, trailers. etc.)
Construct boxes and/or fiber containers and stacks, labels, and loads containers.
Use a variety of tools such as impact wrenches, shovels, jackhammers, etc.
Transport hazardous waste materials from storage facilities within the facility as directed.
Decontaminate and dispose of empty drums and/or containers according to RCRA and disposal
guidelines.
Assist in completing all necessary paperwork for processing materials to include transportation of
materials to and from various locations.
Perform general housekeeping duties.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
Inspection material handling equipment as directed.
Assist in the loading/unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials at designated sites utilizing appropriate equipment for which you are appropriately trained.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education / Experience / Background:
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
Prior work experience of 3 to 6 months in the hazardous waste or chemical industry in a
related position with proficiency in handling forklifts and a variety of tools preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Ability to communicate through reading and writing
Trained in the use of material handling equipment
Required Certification / Licenses / Training:
40-Hour HAZWOPER training preferred

Position Summary
The Materials & Warehouse Superintendent oversees all warehouse, materials handling, inventory control, and inbound/outbound logistics operations. This role ensures the efficient flow, storage, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules and customer requirements. The Superintendent leads warehouse supervisors, material handlers, and logistics personnel while driving safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations Leadership
Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, and shipping.
Lead and manage multiple shifts, including supervisors, team leads, and material handlers.
Create and manage staffing schedules to meet production and shipping demands.
Oversee the safe and efficient use of forklifts, trucks, and material-handling equipment.
2. Materials & Inventory Management
Ensure accurate and timely flow of materials to production lines.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and root cause analysis of variances.
Implement inventory control processes such as FIFO, Kanban, and replenishment systems.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstock, and material obsolescence.
3. Logistics & Supplier Coordination
Manage inbound and outbound freight, including carrier scheduling and dock operations.
Coordinate with Purchasing on supplier issues, delivery timing, and material quality.
Track shipments, resolve logistics disruptions, and oversee freight cost control.
4. Safety & Compliance
Enforce OSHA, environmental, and company safety regulations across warehouse operations.
Conduct safety training, equipment certifications, and incident investigations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse through 5S and housekeeping standards.
5. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse operations and reduce waste.
Lead Lean/CI initiatives such as 5S, standard work, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
Develop, revise, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Implement warehouse technology improvements (scanners, automation, WMS upgrades).
6. Reporting & Performance Management
Track KPIs such as:
Inventory accuracy
On-time delivery
Dock-to-stock time
Material availability
Warehouse productivity
Prepare and present performance reports to plant and supply chain leadership.
Conduct performance reviews and lead employee development plans.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience.
2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) or related supply chain coursework.

At a Glance:
The Material Handler is primarily responsible for effectively and efficiently receiving, binning, issuing and transporting material at the FlexRig Machinery Center. This position is located in Tulsa, OK.
What you will do:
Review packing slips against purchase orders and material delivered for accuracy and complete receipt transactions
Load and unload delivery trucks
Ensure inventory accuracy regularly by completing cycle counts when issuing material
Has responsibility to identify and work to resolve discrepancies in inventory
Complete transactions in the inventory system for receipts, transfers and adjustments
Responsible for material movement throughout the facility
Assist in maintaining the condition and security of the warehouse and yards
Handle phone calls, mail, typing scanning & copying needs
Frequent contact with office, shop, field operations and engineering to give and receive information

What you need:

This position is responsible for the proper operation of all equipment connected with the coal, limestone, and gypsum systems.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain all stationary and mobile heavy equipment.
Able to operate the stacker-reclaimers, traveling barge unloader, rail unloading system, conveyor systems, coal handling controls, bulldozers, front end loaders, scrapers, and the stockpiling and handling of coal.
Will perform Lock Out Tag Out as necessary.
Will be responsible for operating the coal, limestone, gypsum, and ash handling systems from a control board using a Distributed Control System (DCS) and ovation software.
Responsible for housekeeping of the equipment, stationary and mobile, to which they are assigned.
Must have the ability to instruct and train employees in lower classifications of that progression in the procedure of coal handling systems.
It is the incumbent's responsibility to communicate with their relief, or with the person they are relieving, the complete status of the coal handling operations regarding the duties of this position.
Basic/Required Qualifications
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Desired Qualifications
Three (3) years of experience in heavy equipment operation (bulldozers, front end loaders) or Three (3) years' experience in the operation of coal conveying systems (conveyors, coal feeders, crushers, stacker/reclaimers).
Experience operating a Distributed Control System (DCS).
Experience operating gantry cranes.

Position Purpose:
Responsible for performing a variety of routine hazardous and non-hazardous waste tasks in the movement of solids and liquids. Under direct supervision, tasks could include all types of manual labor in cleaning and decontamination operations, vacuum projects and handling, packing, re-packing, unloading and loading containers for processing at site or transportation to appropriate facilities.
Primary Duties/responsibilities:
Load and unload various size containers (totes, drums, tankers, trailers. etc.)
Construct boxes and/or fiber containers and stacks, labels, and loads containers.
Use a variety of tools such as impact wrenches, shovels, jackhammers, etc.
Transport hazardous waste materials from storage facilities within the facility as directed.
Decontaminate and dispose of empty drums and/or containers according to RCRA and disposal guidelines.
Assist in completing all necessary paperwork for processing materials to include transportation of materials to and from various locations.
Perform general housekeeping duties.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
Inspection material handling equipment as directed.
Assist in the loading/unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials at designated sites utilizing appropriate equipment for which you are appropriately trained.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education / Experience / Background:
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
Prior work experience of 3 to 6 months in the hazardous waste or chemical industry in a related position with proficiency in handling forklifts and a variety of tools preferred
