Job Description
Position Purpose:
Responsible for providing hazardous and non-hazardous services at our client facility to meet our client's environmental needs in accordance with State and Federal environmental, health, and safety regulations. This position will work in a supervised and/or independent capacity to successfully and safely complete scheduled projects for customers. Responsibilities may include packing, labeling, manifesting, and shipping waste based on the contract parameters.
Primary Duties /Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional image with clients by answering inquiries and suggesting solutions to existing and potential problems.
Manage onsite customer's hazardous and non-hazardous waste needs per the contact.
Comply and enforce all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Ensure completion and accuracy of all US DOT/EPA paperwork to expedite disposal of hazardous waste, as required.
Operate and maintain all equipment in a safe manner to insure optimum efficiency and effectiveness to complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
Knowledge and understanding of contract terms and possess the ability to follow through on assignments.
Other work related duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Education / Experience / Background:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Science related discipline
2-4 years of experience industry related work and customer service preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Strong leadership and teamwork skills; proficiency with project/time management; knowledge of continuous process operations, chemical processing and waste disposal.
Computer proficiency with Google Office.
Required Certification / Licenses / Training:
OSHA 40 hour Hazwoper Certification
Commercial Driver's License Class A or B
Physical Requirements:
Normal close range vision is required for reading.
Manual dexterity is required to handle paper flow and computer keyboard operation.
Mobility and hearing is needed to gather information and confer with others.
Health must permit regular attendance and extended hours to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
Perform pre-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Check tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer for general operating requirements and make sure that all required equipment is available and in good operating condition. Note inspection and deficiencies on the pre-trip inspection form.
Drive a tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer to transport product in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Obey all applicable federal, state and local laws. Follow MPC and site specific standard operating procedures for the loading and offloading process.
Perform post-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and DOT regulations. Complete all regulatory and customary paperwork. Ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
Communicate all incidents, including safety and environmental concerns, according to company procedures.
Report all equipment issues in a timely manner.
Follow, maintain, and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures, including all DOT regulations.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
Must be able to work on elevated spaces: 30+ feet on graded elevation.
Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull 50-65 lbs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure regulatory compliance and conformance with various elements of Process Safety Management (PSM), and external & internal process safety related standards. Provide engineering support and technical guidance related to equipment and process design that meets industry codes and standards from organizations (i.e., Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices). Able to use project engineering principles and economic analyses to help justify, plan and budget for process safety risk reduction projects.
Lead and/or provide engineering support and technical guidance in incident investigations, hazard identification, facility siting modeling, PHA (Process Hazard Analysis), LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis), relief studies, and dispersion modeling. This role is responsible for designing, implementing and the oversight of quality food safety and regulatory compliance programs related to Meijer manufactured food products for a single facility; this includes issues relating to product quality, allergens, microbiological, foreign material, traceability and/or other food safety and regulatory compliance concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops a working knowledge and understanding of gas measurement. Resolves measurement and quality exceptions in the exception resolver. Manages monthly balance closing.
Develops and provides training to measurement analysts and other company personnel as needed. Acts as first point of contact for measurement analysts before escalating questions to measurement manager.

The Cyber Security Engineer (CSE) will execute the highly technical, tactical elements of the Security Architects' (and overall CISS) cyber security strategy, eliminating a functional cyber security capability gap while providing pro-active cyber security risk management. The CSE will act as a liaison to the Security Architect and Cloud and Infrastructure Operations/Engineering and Utility IT/OT teams to effectively communicate and assist in architecting and implementing effective security solutions. Summary
