What you'll do: The Payroll & Benefits Administrator is responsible for managing and executing payroll processes and administering employee benefits programs. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and effective communication of benefits offerings to employees. Payroll Administration Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation. Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation. Benefits Administration Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Serve as contact for benefits vendors and brokers. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and claims. Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing education to employees. Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations. Prepare and submit required reports (e.g., ACA, 401(k), workers' compensation).     Eaton's IS VEH VGGP division is currently seeking an Engineering Test Technician. This is a full time on-site position based at our Marshall, MI facility. The Engineering Test Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining test equipment to support product development and validation. This includes setting up tests using various fixturing, running test procedures, collecting data, and troubleshooting issues. The expected annual salary range for this role is $56000 - $83000 a year.
