Owned and operated by a BCBA-D, Verbal Behavior Associates (VBA) provides services to communities throughout San Diego, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, and Contra Costa counties.
We're hiring for BCBAs throughout the Orange County, including Anaheim, Orange, Irvine, Placentia, Yorba Linda, Buena Park, Fullerton, and Santa Ana.
You'll make an impact by:
Completing weekly supervision hours for clients on your caseload
Maintaining responsibility for broad objectives, short term objectives, graphs and instructional decisions related to each client on your caseload
Training and supervising each RBT and Clinical Supervisor working with your clients under the direction of Clinical Leadership
Maintaining client program books, records, session notes and graphs; producing and submitting annual progress reports for each client
Preparing and organizing client materials, attending bi-weekly company meetings, scheduling meetings, etc. as needed
Following research guidelines and data collection procedures as determined by Clinical Leadership
Completing trainings, reading and assignments as assigned by Clinical Leadership

Responsibilities
In-Field Support
* Act as a floater for center, as needed
* Provide Parent Education and Consultation services
* Assist with client programing; analyzing data to identify issues for supervisor
* Provide other support to BCBAs as requested
Off-Site Support
* Write first drafts of progress reports
* Review client programs on Catalyst
* Conduct Program Development
* Assist with coordination of care
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and minimum of two-years experience working with children with special needs and/or autism
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed

We're hiring for schools located in San Juan Capistrano. This is a great opportunity for individuals living in Rancho Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, and San Clemente.
You'll make an impact by:
Working 1:1 with children with special needs to support the development of their communication, self-help, social, and play skills
Implementing behavior plans designed by BCBAs, including tailoring techniques and strategies to meet your client's individual needs and ensure skill acquisition
Tracking and sharing your client's progress by collecting behavior data and recording clinical notes
Attending ongoing development and training designed to strengthen both our team and the ABA services we provide

Competitive hourly rates: $20.00 - $27.00/hour
Paid training and shadowing, with direct support from BCBAs as you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT ) certification. Non-billable work, including training, is paid at prevailing minimum wage.
Paid drive time and mileage between client sessions
Cell phone stipend

You'll need to:
Have a HS diploma or equivalent
Be 18 years of age or older
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Be open to work at least 3 days weekdays from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Provide proof of COVID-19, MMR, and TDap vaccination
Take a TB Test & Live Scan background check
Experience working with children and/or disabilities is desirable, but not required! We hire experienced RBTs and those just entering the field.
