Mr. Voit received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He is actively involved with local non-profits through volunteer and board service.

Cindy Watson, a senior healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience, brings a unique blend of operations, marketing, sales and clinical knowledge to Vericare. Her background includes start-up operations and strategic business development for privately owned and publicly traded healthcare organizations. Ms. Watson joins Vericare from her previous post as Chief Operating Officer at Concerro where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the healthcare technology company and their 500-plus hospital clients. Prior to Concerro, Ms. Watson was the Vice President of Strategic Operations for AllianceCare, where she developed the company's industry-leading proactive health and wellness community-based care model. She also served as Vice President at InteliStaf Healthcare where she managed the clinical, marketing, sales and business development functions for locations across the United States. Ms. Watson holds a Bachelor's Degree in communications disorders from College of Saint Rose, and a Master of Science Degree in communications disorders from Syracuse University.
