POSITION SUMMARY:


The representative is to service the needs of our patients by verifying insurance coverage, perform administrative activities associated with maintenance of medical documentation and medical records


ESSENTIAL TASKS:


Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette. Skilled in answering a telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions. Answers questions from customers, clerical staff, insurance companies, and physician offices. Able to make outbound calls to obtain appropriate documentation for reimbursement of orders shipped. Identifies and resolves patient complaints. Ability to verify customer benefits via phone, fax, and web portal. Familiar with medical terminology and insurances HCPC/ICD-9 codes. Reviews and approves documentation received by third parties, for submission to payor's. Document activities in ERP system in an accurate and timely manner. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook. Provide feedback to Group Team Lead regarding issues with accounts. Conducts routine tasks as directed; works under clearly defined guidelines. Contributes to specific objectives and outcomes as directed

The C2O Boarding Analyst is responsible for boarding clients into our Contract to Order System. This includes contract review of billing and pricing terms, fulfillment to link billing accounts to usage, and audit responsibilities. The C2O Boarding team works closely with Billing Operations, and additional Verifier Boarding groups.
What you'll do:
Transcribe pricing terms into internal systems Analyze contracts to identify specific terms and language, emphasis on products & pricing Utilize internal documentation to select and input additional pricing details (per product contracted) Identify risk and trends Process orders daily with a speed to execution to support revenue generating opportunities Navigate through enterprise/BU initiatives that will impact process and technology

What experience you need:
1-3 years of Sales Support or Billing/Billing Support experience Bachelors Degree preferred

This position ensure compliance with all applicable safety related rules, policies and the complex ergonomics plan.Able to identify and correct deviations to personal safety issues and food safety issues. Monitor and implement the company safety process.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Inspect all areas daily & report to ensure all unsafe acts & conditions are corrected in a timely manner. Ramp-in and ergonomic program is evaluated for accuracy. Interview associates on knowledge of safety programs and appropriate training provided. Report food safety related concerns to QA/HACCP. Be a leader in safety meetings and food safety meetings. Support the corporate safety audit and BRC audits annually.



Minimum Education


High School or equivalent not required but beneficial.


Experience Requirements


Workeda minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years.


Experience Preferred


Experience in poultry processing/manufacturing environment preferred.


Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements


When in a plant environment:

Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db. May be exposed to dust, feathers and all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility. Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company. Occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors 10ppm and chlorine less than 20 ppm. Able to stand for several hours. Work may include lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, bending, pushing boxes on conveyor assembly.
