Maintains effective working relationships with material producers to ensure that only proper quality material is delivered to Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) contracts. Assists in calibrating and maintaining laboratory testing equipment to ensure information is accurate. Obtains any needed certification and performs the required inspections on new products and raw feed as required within the specifications.
