Asaf Ashkenazi is senior director of product marketing at Rambus Security division. In this role, Asaf is responsible for the product definition, strategy and marketing of Rambus IoT security products. Asaf brings more than 15 years of security experience to the organization, spanning product management, business development and various engineering roles throughout his career. Prior to joining Rambus, Asaf oversaw product management for all of the security products at Qualcomm Technologies Inc. Asaf began his career at Motorola Semiconductor where he developed hardware security modules. Previously, Asaf served as Chief Security Architect at Freescale Semiconductor (now NXP), and has served as board member of the FIDO alliance. Asaf holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel, and has been granted 10 U.S. patents for security architectures and solutions.

Bob Kulakowski is a cofounder of Verimatrix, a market leading IPTV Security Company. Bob’s inventions and approach to security has positioned Verimatrix as one of the most innovative security technology company in pay-TV security.

Bob contributed significantly to the early development of the company, was involved with all the fund raising activities, and help recruit a world-class management team that is now the security leader in IPTV. In the early days of Verimatrix he served as both VP of Engineering and CTO and established the engineering processes that later resulted in ISO 9000 certification. Bob lead a collaborative engineering team software development effort that resulted in the impressively scalable and deployable Verimatrix security system that now includes an ecosystem of over 90 significant partners in various areas of the pay Television industry, and as of mid-2008 has been deployed at over 180 customer sites in 32 different countries.

Prior to Verimatrix Bob was co-founder and CTO of Internet Magic a fax over Internetover company whose technology was exclusively licensed by the Dialogic group of Intel. In the late 1990’s Bob sold a microTCP stack to Conexant Systems that became the basis of their embedded TCP products. Other products developed by Bob have been sold or licensed to IBM, AT&T, NCR, Western Digital, TDK, Silicon Systems, Yamaha, and others. Bob has 26 years of leading edge computer, communications, and security product design experience, 8 issued patents and 17 pending patents, extensive intellectual property related experience and has been founder or co-founder of venture backed companies that have raised over $40 million in venture capital from numerous funding sources including Goldman Sachs.
