Learn more at *************** Overview of Job Function: The Account Executive is responsible for growing existing accounts and developing new opportunities to increase our top and bottom line in the Mid Atlantic territory (VA, WV, KY, NC). The Account Executive will be assigned an individual sales quota of bookings responsibility within an assigned region and/or end-user verticals focused on selling FSS (Fraud and Security Solutions) video-based security solutions. Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: Execute the Company's sales strategies and achieve established sales quota in the assigned territory by identifying business opportunities through territory management, target account prospecting and profiling, and conducting regular new prospect appointments per week. Provide effective sales presentations/product demonstrations to prospective customer management, including hosting Company site visits if necessary. Maintain effective relationships with established customers by monitoring installed systems and developing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities through expansions and upgrades and additional systems. Thoroughly assess the customers' needs and present an appropriate sales solution. Prepares appropriate sales order paperwork to ensure purchase order reflects appropriate configuration/ solution for the customer. By way of the company's CRM tool, provides the sales management team with accurate and timely reporting of activities including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, the status of the sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities. Provides routine updates to the Company's sales database with account activity and status. Maintain a thorough ongoing knowledge of Verint products and technology, as well as industry trends. Provide ad hoc reports and perform assigned projects as needed. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of three (3) years of experience selling security and/or video-based technology. Comprehensive experience with in-direct sales through integrators, leveraging a strong network of relationships. Knowledge of emerging market needs in the field of video-based security technologies including information technology, local and wide area networks, wireless devices, and software analytics. Must have good technical competency to understand and effectively communicate information about Verint products. Proven capability to successfully penetrate into end users and call on senior-level organizational contacts. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be located in or very near the Mid Atlantic territory. Willingness to travel 50%+ to the assigned region and throughout the U.S. as required. Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations. Preferred Requirements: IT background preferred. Prior experience in the security industry preferred. Familiarity with VERINT Products is preferred.

    Job Title: Account Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Sales The Account Manager is responsible for selling and presenting Varonis' products and services to current and net-new prospective enterprise accounts. The Varonis Account Manager will be aligned with a local Sales Engineer. The goal, as a team, will be to build a strong business justification to the end user, while ensuring that the given annual quota is met/exceeded. Location: Remote position; however, we are looking for someone based in the Charlotte Area. Responsibilities Prospect and identify key decision makers within the targeted leads. Present and sell Varonis' products and services to current and potential clients. Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity, while maintaining and expanding the database of contacts within the targeted organizations. Uphold sales activities which include prospecting, cold calling, booking appointments, performing demos, and creating proposals. Present to C-Level prospective clients as well as to resellers through effective and enticing product demonstrations. Partner with Sales Managers and Channel Managers to determine a strategic sales approach. Establish and maintain current customer relationships by responding to customer requests and managing/resolving customer issues. Support the reseller communication channel throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate account information and activity details in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows when necessary. Percent of travel varies by territory. Requirements Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College/University OR 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience/training OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Technology industry experience preferred. SalesForce and Microsoft Outlook skills preferred. Prior experience selling security software products through the use of channel partners. Strong communication and presentation skills. A healthy list of pre-established and prospective contacts in a given territory. Willingness to learn technical aspects of selling the Varonis product.
