As an Experience Designer, you will leverage your expertise in user-centered design methodologies to deliver exceptional, intuitive solutions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. What will your job look like? • Apply deep knowledge of user-centered design principles to solve complex design challenges. • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies aligned with client and business goals. • Contribute to design processes, including ideation, iterative design, and prototyping. • Provide guidance with design and usability best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. User-Centered Research & Design: • Conduct user research to uncover insights and opportunities. • Create personas, user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that resonate with end-users. • Translate research findings and submitted feedback into actionable design recommendations and solutions. Collaboration & Communication: • Work closely with product managers, developers, other designers, and clients. • Present your design concepts and articulate decisions to stakeholders at all levels. • Facilitate collaborative design sessions, ideation sessions, and desk checks. Design Systems & Standards: • Maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries. • Ensure design consistency across products and platforms. Prototyping & User Testing: • Develop interactive prototypes using Figma. • Conduct usability testing, iterating based on feedback to refine experiences. All you need is... • Bachelor's Degree. • 4+ years in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise. • Proven success in creating user-friendly, scalable digital experiences. • Experience with Mobile application projects. • Proficiency in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. • Experience with product design for back-end software is a plus. • Expertise in Figma; familiarity with front-end development principles is a plus. • Comfortable working in agile and iterative development environments. • Strong communication and storytelling abilities to influence stakeholders. • Effective at managing expectations and balancing multiple priorities.
