**Overview of Job Function:**
Responsible for the strategic direction, alignment, design and oversight of all benefit plans, programs and employee HR compliance resources for US employees.
**Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Direct the development, implementation and ongoing analysis of the health benefits strategy - including plan design, pricing strategy, administration, compliance, communications, implementation and evaluation.
+ Lead annual renewal and open enrollment processes, including obtaining and analyzing benchmark data and utilization data, identifying trends, preparing recommendations with impact assessments for senior leadership, creating content for employee information sessions and communications, and communicating & testing benefits administration system requirements for execution.

+ Responsible for all aspects of leave management, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, annual holiday schedules and worker's compensation.
+ Complete side-by-side assessments and provide guidance as part of the diligence process for mergers and acquisitions.
+ Responsible for preparing all department expenses and tracking actual expenses against budget.
+ Responsible for overseeing all annual compliance processes, health & welfare 5500, PCORI filing
+ Conduct regular meetings with brokers and account managers across plans to address issues, discuss trends & best practice, utilization and opportunities for improvement.
+ Responsible for ensuring internal compliance poster site is current and contains all required federal, state & local compliance notices for employees in 48 states.
+ Oversee all vendor relationships and partner with procurement and legal team to execute contracts with new vendors, as needed.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, healthcare, human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ 10 years of experience in leading Benefits Administration for large corporations.
+ 5 years of HR/Benefits leadership experience, in a self-insured company.
+ 8 years of progressive people leadership experience including coaching, development/training, performance management and driving engagement.
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

**Overview of Job Function:**
The Account Executive is responsible for driving business in assigned accounts (new and installed as assigned) with a concentration on new add-on business and product expansion across the Southeast Territory. **Overview of Analytics Solution Consultant Job Function:**
The Presales Solution Consultant is a subject matter expert in Speech Analytics, Quality and Customer Engagement. **Minimum Requirements:**

✅ What We're Looking For
Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience or coursework in Angular, React.js, or .NET (C#)
Familiarity with web development fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript

This senior-level position on the CXone Mpower AI platform product marketing team will help accelerate enterprise deals with high-impact programs and materials focused on the power of the platform and its transformational AI capabilities.

How will you make an impact?
Effective collaboration across the organization with product management, pre-sales, sales executives, product marketing colleagues and more
High-impact sales enablement content and programs, including training
Differentiated and technically oriented Analyst Relations content for RFIs, briefings, etc.
Engaging and precisely written and produced thought leadership including eBooks, whitepapers, blogs, etc.
Ongoing oversight of designated AI platform elements, including web pages, sales collateral, etc.
Strategic and collaborative work with customers for in-person events and webinars
Have you got what it takes?
7+ years of experience with platform-level SaaS product marketing and/or CCaaS product marketing
Curiosity and drive to create and deliver the right story, for the right persona, at the right time in the sales funnel, that's aligned to CXone Mpower positioning and messaging
Ability to navigate and collaborate with a large and diverse group of talented people, spanning solution engineers, sales executives, product management, and others
Proven ability to distill and translate technology features into differentiating value propositions and leverage market, competitive, and customer knowledge into business outcome focused content
Proven ability to manage, track, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously and on deadline
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and effective presentation capabilities
Ability to work cross-functionally with peer group, senior leadership, and independently to achieve business goals
Excellent influence and consensus-building skills
A bachelor's degree in business management, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience required
