The pros of working here are working remotely and flexibility in the work schedule.
Unstructured training, i.e. no training. Just watch videos. Unprofessional management. They are not professionals. They don't know how to manage and it is difficult to respect and look up to a manager when they, themselves are unprofessional, disorganized and inconsistent.
PTO.
Nothing, absolutely nothing!
Hire professional managers and write out a consistent and structured training modules and have that training delivered via a live person.
There is no preparation. Just kiss up and if they like you they will hire you.
I think the salary is low compared to other similar companies. The salary is not commensurate with the duties.
I don't see diversity. I see the company employing a majority of caucasians especially in management. You can count the number of other "races" on one hand.
I love what I do, but it has nothing to do with working at Verisma.
Company was very good before management was changed.
Toxic co-workers and poor management. More like a high school atmosphere.
