Job Description
Responsible for provider and referral outreach to create and raise awareness of the treatment programs available at Veritas Collaborative.
Build and foster relationships with referral sources as well as maintaining current referral relationships and creating new ones.
Plans, develops, prepares, and maintains program-specific communications for targeted audiences to enhance program awareness, impact, and reputation
Educate professionals in the health industry about eating disorders and Veritas Collaborative
Interact with providers via telephone and email.
Work independently, and as a participating member of the Outreach team
Collaborates with Outreach to promote and educate the referral sources of our program and treatment plans.
Works with and advises program management and Leadership, including Executives, to determine specific communication needs, including message development and delivery including best method for communication to targeted audience.
Works in collaboration with the Marketing and Intake teams to identify outreach needs and the development of materials.
Qualifications
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
A minimum of 3-5 years progressively more responsible related professional experience in mental healthcare, medical sales, or health-related education/outreach.
Prefer extensive exposure in communicating with physicians, therapists, medical professionals and social workers.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and interpersonal and teaming skills.
Must demonstrate computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be patient focused and able to effectively communicate and build relationships with co-workers and key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
Must demonstrate professionalism in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with colleagues, physicians and all referral sources.

Day (United States of America) Job Summary: The Clinical Pharmacy Manager shall identify, develop, implement and monitor clinical pharmacy programs for his/her respective WellStar Hospital. They will supervise the pharmacy clinical pharmacists, PGY-1 residents, and clinical dietitians in matters pertaining to clinical pharmacy practice. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will assist to coordinate the clinical pharmacy activities/reports/programs for the WHS Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee; develop clinical strategies to improve therapy outcomes while reducing costs; develop and implement educational/instructional programs to train pharmacy personnel in contemporary clinical pharmacy practice; and provide training and educational opportunities to enhance the clinical knowledge of pharmacy personnel. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will comply with the policies and procedures established by the WHS, federal, state and local laws governing the practice of pharmacy, and the rules and standards established by the regulatory agencies (e.g., TJC, Medicare, etc) involved in provision of health care. We have a Womens Center with a level 3 NICU. RTs will attend deliveries and care for babies who are admitted to the NICU receiving respiratory care
We have a pulmonary function lab (PFT) where RTs perform outpatient and inpatient PFTS
We perform inpatient EKGs on the general care floors, occasionally outpatient (shared service with cardiology)
We manage GE Carescape R860 vents, Servo I vents, Drager VN500 and HFOV NICU vents, Phillips V60, Bubble CPAP, REMstar CPAP, Smart Vest, and Airvo
We perform bronchoscopy assistance with Glidescope disposable bronchs
Opportunity to cross-train on EEGs, PFTs and NICU

Our team consists of approximately 50 members, 1 director, 1 supervisor, 1 NICU lead, and 2 adult lead
