Principle Duties & Responsibilities: * Execute high-quality FCAW welding processes on structural steel. * Set up and adjust welding equipment as required for specific tasks. * Weld in multiple positions, including flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead * Fabricate, drill, grind, and assemble bridge girder components per project specifications. * Perform FCAW welding and other assembly operations to meet production standards. * Utilize tools, clamps, and fixtures to ensure proper alignment and fit of materials Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: * 1+ years of experience in welding; FCWA required * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings * Commitment to work safety and actively participating in our safety culture * Quality, accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability of work performed * Willingness to learn and contribute to the success of your team * Adherence to maintaining a great attendance record and dependability!
