    Apply engineering principles and procedures to the design and implementation of assigned engineering projects. Prerequisites Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or other 4-year technical degree and related experience. Prior work experience in pulp & paper industry preferred, but not essential. Adequate knowledge of engineering principles and procedures. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: Prepare scope and cost estimate for assigned projects. Maintains compliance with ISO Quality System responsibilities. Develop an engineering, procurement and construction strategy for each project. Design and implement approved projects. Monitor and control project scope, schedule and cost. Manage project construction. Coordinate project commissioning and start-up. Communicate project status to operations and maintenance. Provide technical assistance to operations and maintenance to identify and solve routine problems.
