Chetan Patel is a veteran mortgage industry leader with more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and trailblazer in mortgage outsourcing. As COO, Chetan is responsible for transforming Verity into a true end-to-end mortgage services provider. In 1998, Chetan co-founded MortgageHub.com and later rebranded the company to ISGN, which became one of the largest and most diverse KPO outsourcing companies. Chetan most recently served as senior vice president of Advantium Mortgage Banking Solutions. Chetan has been recognized as an IT All-Star by Mortgage Banking magazine and is a graduate of Temple University.

Avanti Mehta is an accomplished IT, HR and Advertising professional with over 23 years of experience as an entrepreneur, team builder and natural leader. An outside-the-box thinker, her ability to balance creativity and logic makes her a perfect fit to manage Verity’s data security, IT procurement, budgeting and audits along with employee recruitment and growth opportunities. Prior to joining Verity, Avanti founded and ran a full-service digital and print advertising agency. She was awarded the Best Woman Digital Entrepreneur in India. She has completed a five-year Applied Art program and specialised in Illustration.

Ashok Radhakrishnan, an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines with over 30 years of CXO level leadership management. Till recently, he headed the BServe Divn. at HCL., managing its global operations with a revenue portfolio of $350mn, experience in start-ups, setting up large and globally compliant operating units, business development, global operations, and M&A. he has set up and managed as their Country head and board member, large captive units for the likes of Thomson Reuters, a large data management company and Ocwen Financial Solutions, US, the largest US-Based leading mortgage servicing company. With end-to-end function operating out of these units with employee strengths up to 12,00, the regulatory compliance and governance were set up and maintained at the highest levels. He has also worked for technology companies like Microland besides leading the M&A and global operations for ISGN as their COO, a start-up in the mortgage technology and servicing area, promoted and funded by a large Indian conglomerate & West Coast-based VC, NEA.
