401k benefits and health benefits as well as dental and pto
Leadership. From CEO down to Vice President. Greed and lots of it. Cuts in pay and commission structure. It’s terrible. Not the place to be for post at all. That goes to the executives because after all they do all the work. They keep the clients happy. It’s a “what have you done for me today” industry.
Retirement benefits. Used to be more but be CEO and leadership movement changed that. I’ve been here 13 years. Now I hate it and looking elsewhere

They were an excellent company when GTE was running it. GTE cared for their employees, but when it became Verizon you were just a number.

Our CEO at the time was Lowell McAdams and he was a very smart individual and Verizon made some great growth.

I researched the company and spoke to some employees to learn more about the company before I interviewed with them.
I was most often given the freedom to do my job without being micromanaged. Pay and benefits were outstanding.
A few years before the Covid pandemic the business became a very "reactionary" environment, chasing stock price. This to me said that upper management had "lost their way" so to speak. It became no fun to work there.
Vacation and time away were generous. But you had to find time to take it.

Lack of company stability since change of management as well as inopportune recent investments.
Work and personal life balance. Employees are subjected to taking earned time of. Also, their Health benefits is one of the best.
I enjoyed the work from home opportunities that were offered to all staff.
The compensation plans need improving to match the experience of each individual. Opportunities for advancement were limited.
The healthcare offered was exceptional.
