In addition, the company offers equipment for rent. It serves farmers, ranchers, and livestock producers. It offers its products through a network of dealers in the United States and internationally. Vermeer Corporation was formerly known as Vermeer Manufacturing Company and changed its name to Vermeer Corporation in January 2008. Vermeer Corporation was founded in 1948 and is based in Pella, Iowa.
