This position is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our facility's operational standards and environmental sustainability. **In this function you will:** + Lead and develop project goals, budgets, and work breakdown structures. + Align cross-functional resources (production, quality, EHS, maintenance, engineering, vendors) to meet project objectives. + Create and execute communication plans for project teams and stakeholders. + Implement new equipment at the greenfield site. + Manage third-party vendor relationships (security, janitorial, landscaping) and ensure compliance with EHS standards. + Enforce safety expectations and maintain a zero-incident culture. + Oversee plant security systems, badge access, cameras, and fire protection systems. + Coordinate forklift lease management. + Prepare and submit Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) for facility projects. + Supervise and direct hourly associates. + Partner with maintenance for shared services and ongoing needs. + Manage internal waste removal (recycling and landfill) and coordinate with vendors. + Supervise waste removal team for efficient operations. **Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. + Two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment setting + Two (2) years of engineering or project management experience, including internships + Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
