The Role
We are looking for a Fundraising Administrator to join our growing Fundraising Team. You will provide outstanding support to the Percy Hedley Fundraising Team in all areas of administration, and provide excellent levels of supporter care.
This role would suit someone with an excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. Ideally the successful candidate will also have experience working with MS office and fundraising systems.

The Role
We are looking to recruit a Lunchtime Assistant to work lunchtimes in our outstanding school. The main role of the Lunchtime Assistant is to work as part of a team as directed by the class teacher to support students during lunchtime periods. The successful candidates will receive extensive support and training.
The role is Monday - Friday 11:45am - 1:45pm (10 hours per week). This role is term time only (39 weeks).

We are looking for a Night Support Worker with a passion for helping people to join our team at Tyne House on a permanent basis. Tyne House is a residential home with 7 specialist rooms. Offering tailored and positive support to individuals with specific and complex needs within our adapted-for-purpose building, based in Jesmond, Newcastle.
As part of the team at Tyne House you will be supporting people living with us with their complex needs overnight, this includes personal care, medication administration and moving and handling tasks. You will need to ensure the people living in Tyne House needs are met by following support plans and providing individuals with practical and emotional care enabling further independence and achieving positive outcomes.
The people we support have varying communication needs therefore communicate through, VOCA's, word boards, print symbols and pictures in addition to verbal communication. Successful candidates will encourage and promote effective communication for all.
You will also carry out household tasks such as, tidying, laundry, and washing. Successful candidates will support with administration of medications and personal care tasks. There are also times when people we in our care will need support and assistance with managing behaviours of concern. Where there is a training need identified these will be provided.
It is a high energy and friendly service with an absolute focus on delivering the highest standard of person-centred care. As the newest member of our amazing team, you will have a proactive approach and be an excellent communicator. A great sense of humour is an important asset as well as holding a good understanding of positive behaviour support.
