Part of Orano's mission to address future global energy challenges is being successfully driven right here in the U.S. with Orano Enrichment USA (OEU). The project to design, license, and build this facility is called Project IKE (the Project).
Orano USA is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team and to be based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee with regular business travel to Bethesda, Maryland, from 2026 to 2027.
The CFO will:
Lead & shape the financial management organization of Orano USA (OUS), OEU and Orano Federal Services (OFS);
Propose & implement solutions for the financial structuring and financing of Project IKE;
Monitor the financial performance of Project IKE;
Lead the Finance Shared Service department in the United States, including the mentoring, supervision and development of its personnel.
The CFO will have the following responsibilities for OUS and its U.S. affiliates:
Oversees & manages all financial functions in the United States for OUS and its affiliates; support financial operations;
Follows the multi-year financial trajectory of the U.S. region developed from the Orano group Strategic Action Plan;
Coordinates and leads the budgetary process, including the quarterly updates, of Orano USA and its affiliates (OFS, OEU);
Controls and provides guidance on the financial aspects of the requests for proposal and contracts with customers and suppliers; validates the accounting treatment of the contractual transactions;

I. Job Summary
Safely operates a heavy-duty truck to perform assigned duties on transfer routes.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Operates vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as well as all local, state and federal requirements and Company expectations for the Fleet; maintains a clean and safe vehicle.

Participates and cooperates in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required by Operations Manager.
Works closely with Operations Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify problem or unsafe accounts.
Performs all duties as scheduled by Operations Manager or Dispatch, assisting other company drivers as directed.
Notifies Operations Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
Notifies Dispatch or Operations Manager of issues as prescribed by Service Machine protocol, including blocked containers, potential missed pick-ups or problems that arise on the route.
Communicates customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Operations Manager.
Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer's location clean and free of debris.
Completes and submits customer tickets when excess yardage must be removed.
Positions containers on the customer's property in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced, containers are set in an upright position, and containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic.
Follows route assignments throughout the day and completes all documentation when checking-in at the end of the route.
