POSITION SUMMARY
As a Lead Teacher, you'll play an essential role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, and young children. Working closely with the Supervisor and the Childcare Manager, you will create developmentally appropriate curriculum, care for children's basic needs, foster social and educational development, and communicate effectively with families. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest and family experiences. This is a benefit eligible, full-time year-round position. The starting wage for this position is $24.00/hour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration
Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment for children to learn and grow
Observe and assess children's development over time
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
Assist in maintaining shared spaces
Follow state child care regulations and Stratton Childcare Center policies.
Wear required protective equipment and participate in emergency drills and procedures.
Serve as a mandated reporter for suspected child abuse or neglect, following DCF guidelines.
Greet and interact with parents/guardians in a welcoming and professional manner.
Share updates on each child's daily experience and respond to questions or concerns.
Collaborate with the Childcare Supervisor and Manager to resolve issues promptly.
Lead parent teacher meetings biannually
Work cooperatively with childcare staff to maintain a supportive, positive work environment.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and complete 24 hours of annual professional development.
Participate in monthly lead teacher meetings to share best practices and enhance our program
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma, or equivalent required
Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate, or Vermont Career Ladder III, required
Bachelor or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or 21 College credits in a related field
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a childcare setting
Must meet or exceed Vermont state qualifications for Lead Teacher

The Snowmaking Controller works behind the scenes to ensure that the on-hill snowmakers have the information, air and water needed to maximize snowmaking production. Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee

A Technician Trainee will be trained and educated to become a proficient auto glass technician. Greensea IQ is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the Research and Development of EverClean, Greensea's innovative ship maintenance robot product. This role will work directly with the EverClean Product Manager, field service technicians, and Greensea's production engineers to design, evolve, and constantly advance the EverClean robot system. This job is equal parts problem-solving and creative invention. EverClean is a new concept in ship maintenance and while it has been in production for a few years, Greensea strives to always be at the forefront of innovation while we advance the use of robotics to create a new paradigm of fuel efficiency and carbon reduction in maritime transportation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Mechanical Engineer working with robotics, complex machines, and mechatronics. This candidate will have experience working within a small team composed of software developers, UX designers, electrical engineers, and subject matter experts. They will have experience with many different types of materials and be familiar with designing systems for rigorous environmental requirements.
The Mechanical Engineer Research and Development will be responsible for the early-stage product design. Position Description
Job Summary:
The Quality Engineer Intern will support continuous improvement across our Quality Control, Engineering, and Production Operations teams by analyzing quality data, investigating nonconformances, and helping implement solutions that enhance product quality and production efficiency. This role provides hands-on exposure to modern precast manufacturing, data-driven quality systems, and advanced inspection technologies, and offers the opportunity to be considered for future internships or full-time employment.
In addition, the QE intern will also contribute to a special inspection-automation project involving a computer vision-based system that compares completed precast components to digital models for placement verification and quality assurance.
Essential Functions:
Results matter. Analyze quality data, defect trends, rework reports, and error-rate metrics to identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
Mastery. Support root-cause investigations and contribute to effective corrective and preventive action plans that strengthen process consistency and quality outcomes.
Respect and engage. Collaborate with QC inspectors, production teams, and engineers to troubleshoot dimensional, embed, and finish-related issues, enabling faster resolution and improved production flow.
Measurement. Assist in developing quality KPIs, dashboards, and standardized inspection workflows that increase visibility into performance and promote data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of SOPs, inspection checklists, and digital documentation tools to support standardization and continuous improvement across quality processes.
Committed to serve. Participate in planning, testing, and validating an automated visual inspection system using imaging and model-comparison technology to advance accuracy and efficiency in component verification.
Determined. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, safety, and cost reduction, helping drive operational excellence throughout the facility.
Safety always wins. Engage in plant safety activities and assist with job hazard analysis development to promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Dedication. Maintain detailed and organized project documentation and technical reports that support transparency, knowledge sharing, and effective decision-making.
Position Requirements
Requirements, Education and Experience:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a major in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Management, Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Technology, or other related field.

Travel:
Position may require up to 5% travel by personal vehicle to job sites and offices throughout the state of Vermont, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts based on the needs of the business.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This job operates in an office and professional environment, as well as a manufacturing plant and construction environment. This role routinely uses office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers. This position also works on or near moving mechanical parts and loud equipment. Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time as well as lifting, pulling, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, walking, reaching, driving, and repetitive motion.
