Job Summary: Vern Eide Mitsubishi is looking for a motivated and ambitious Internet Salesperson to handle all incoming Internet leads and drive sales through phone, video, and digital engagement. While training is provided, this position requires someone who is adaptive, a quick learner, and eager to master digital sales strategies. This position offers a commission-based pay structure, meaning your income is directly tied to your effort and ability to close deals. Many of our top-performing sales professionals earn over $100,000 per year. To support your transition, we provide a guaranteed minimum income of $3,500 per month for the first six months, allowing you to focus on developing your skills and building your customer base without financial stress. You don't have a CDL but could get it quickly with some assistance? Then we can help by doing paid on-the-job training where we pair you up with another driver and get you as much hands-on experience as possible so that you can gain the skills to get your CDL and take over your own route! Non-Consecutive Overnight Routes (4 days per week): Start and end the 2 day route at the Aberdeen Warehouse. The first day will start with picking up the loaded trailer and spending significant drive time until reaching your first delivery. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer which requires attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets, working with the customer on where to place their products, getting required signatures, and developing relationships with these repeat customers. The first day will tend to be a longer day. Will be put up for the night and receive $40 per diem for meals for each overnight stay. The next morning will finish deliveries and make the drive back to Aberdeen. There are two overnight route schedules as described below which average 40+ hours per wee Mon/Tue & Thur/Fri Route Monday: Longer day driving to remote location and making deliveries with overnight stay (start about 3-4am, work 10-12 hrs) Tuesday: Shorter day finishing up deliveries and returning to Aberdeen. (start about 3-5am, work 8-10 hrs) Wednesday: Off Thursday: Longer day driving to remote location and making deliveries with overnight stay (start about 3-4am, work 10-12 hrs) Friday: Shorter day finishing up deliveries and returning to Aberdeen. (start about 3-5am, work 8-10 hrs) Tues/Wed & Fri/Sat Route Monday: Off Tuesday: Longer day driving to remote location and making deliveries with overnight stay (start about 3-4am, work 10-12 hrs) Wednesday: Shorter day finishing up deliveries and returning to Aberdeen.
