Salary is a little above industry standard.
Very expensive health insurance. Extreme micro management. No opportunity for advancement or even lateral movement. No raises until people quit en-masse. No bonuses, no equity. Zero reward for loyalty. Nepotism. Yes-man middle management.
There aren't any anymore. I'm so disappointed in this place. Especially after the new owners took over.
They're awful.
I would reward high performance with bonuses, not pizza parties. Management should be transparent about the company's performance. Actively and aggressively seek new business. Foster innovation, don't stifle it.

Any opportunity to make an improvement. Those opportunities are rare. I like some of the people in my department.
