Preferred Qualifications
Prior DoD, DIA, Service Lab, or rapid prototyping/test & evaluation experience.
Familiarity with capability transition pathways and acquisition frameworks.
Prior experience collaborating with the military, intelligence community, and/or joint/coalition organizations.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, government regulations, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write clear reports and routine correspondence in English.
Strong verbal communication skills for presenting technical information and coordinating with stakeholders.

LIMITED OPPORTUNITY! - M-F (Weekends off!) Get home every night as you run both dry van and flatbed freight for a dedicated customer out of Madison, IN. Pick up freight from the customer and shuttle it to a warehouse a few miles away. Expect four to five turns a day.
Shift is 3:30 p.m. - 12 a.m. (midnight) Monday through Friday. Weekends off!
Personal vehicle parking available, so no need to bring the truck home.

TITLE: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Associate's Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with required SLPA training/clinical hours.
2. Meets Indiana state requirements for SLPA practice and supervision.
3. Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
5.Ability to follow therapy plans, take direction, and work effectively with diverse learners.
REPORTS TO: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Building Principal/Director of Special Education.
JOB GOAL: To support the implementation of high-quality speech and language services that improve student communication skills, promote access to the curriculum, and enhance educational outcomes under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), in accordance with Indiana state guidelines.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct speech and language intervention activities as planned, designed, and supervised by the supervising SLP.
2. Provide direct services to students individually or in small groups using evidence-based strategies.
3. Document student performance, collect data, and prepare materials to support the SLP's evaluation and progress-monitoring processes.
4. Follow therapy plans, behavioral strategies, and accommodations/modifications established by the SLP and student IEP teams.
5. Assist in scheduling, organizing therapy spaces, and preparing instructional and therapeutic materials.
6. Communicate regularly with the supervising SLP regarding student progress, concerns, and needs.
7. Support generalization of communication skills across school environments in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and administrators.
8. Maintain confidentiality of student records in compliance with FERPA and district policies.
9. Ensures adherence to Indiana state guidelines for special education services.
10. Participate in required trainings, meetings, and professional development as assigned.
