The nature of work will include but is not limited to the following: Maintain accurate data in Cuyahoga DD software packages and with primary data sources such as DoDD pertaining to the enrollment and management of HCBS waivers and community supports, including processing Level of Care and Notification of Change in Status. Provide technical assistance to staff regarding HCBS waiver documents, data systems and other Cuyahoga DD software packages. Assist with data entry tasks, including updating demographics, employment and community alternative locations, maintaining provider site assignments, funding sources, and assessment updates to ensure compliance with Waiver Rule and management. Assist with processing authorizations and ISP validation, including some non-Medicaid services as well as prior authorizations. Provide relevant reporting related to tracking prior authorizations and Waiver Enrollment deadlines. Administrative tasks related to Medicaid benefits, such as processing enrollment and renewal packets, Medicaid verifications and notifications for at-risk benefits, and entry of Medicaid Eligibility effective dates. Preview SA paperwork to ensure appropriate submission of documents associated with HCBS waivers and non-Medicaid funding. Notify and work with SA to resolve errors.
