Pros of working at Versatex Building Products

Absolutely none! And that is an understatement. If there’s only one positive I can grab. It was weekly pay

Cons of working at Versatex Building Products

Everything! The plant is antiquated, it’s an extremely dangerous and toxic environment. It’s unbearably hot, I’ve seen people get light headed and nearly pass out from the heat. Also, they claim that the raw material is “biodegradable” but then tell me why more than half the time I couldn’t breathe when I was working there? And don’t get me started on management. You have to be related to somebody in management to get anywhere or to be treated with any dignity or respect. Worst management ever! Completely overbearing and the way they nit pick makes you question your own work and they look for any way to fire you.

Versatex Building Products benefits

Favorite perk was quitting on the spot and leaving the place and now working at a a different place that I truly enjoy. It’s been seven months since I worked there and now I’m in a growing career

What do you like best about Versatex Building Products's CEO and the leadership team?
