Cons of working at Vertec

Very stressful and controlling environment. Very little interaction with other employees, very controlling, very high expectations, insufficient time to complete work, very gruff management, loud 70’s music pumped through the facility the whole shift, poor benefits, extremely intimidating all day everyday
