They pay, but not enough to survive. Their starting salaries are below Target salaries for doing complicated work.
Low pay. Horrible working conditions: crammed desks, no personal space. Chance of promotion is nil unless you’re a manager’s pet, they give unskilled people positions that experienced people should have gotten. They insist on forcing employees to go back to the office despite working from home for almost four years just to use their computers, which they’ve been using for four years. Green building is for tax write-off and new client impressions. They’ll force people to use gas to commute, yet call themselves green. You have to earn time off, so if you are one with a family or tend to be sick, that time gets used up quickly and you are left with no vacation time because they don’t give you any. Stay away!
Invisible. Nothing to like.
Ha! You can’t improve them. They have a very high opinion of themselves.
Lower than average in similar companies in Philly.
Minimal. They hire below the absolute minimum of cultures.
Nothing.
