Vertice Pharma CEO and leadership

Scott Meyers is the Chief Executive Officer of Vertice Pharma. He has over 15 years of pharmaceutical experience, most recently as Vice President, General Manager, Dermatology of Fougera Inc., a Sandoz / Novartis company. Prior to Fougera, Scott led Strategic Planning & Market Analytics for Sandoz US and worked at McKinsey & Company’s pharmaceutical practice in New Jersey, focusing on R&D and commercial operations. Scott also worked as a Chemical Engineer for Merck at their West Point, PA site. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a Master of Chemical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry all from Cornell University.

Noel Greenberger is the Chief Commercial Officer of Vertice Pharma. He was most recently Executive Director of Respiratory at Sandoz U.S., the generics division of Novartis, and was responsible for building and commercializing Sandoz’ portfolio of respiratory medicines. While at Sandoz, Noel held various leadership roles in Biopharmaceuticals and Strategic Planning. Prior to Sandoz, Noel worked at McKinsey & Company’s healthcare practice and also worked at ZS Associates, focusing on pharmaceutical sales and marketing strategy. Noel holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

Sandra Miceli is the Chief Financial Officer of Vertice Pharma. She has over 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and has held a number of leadership roles throughout her career. Prior to joining Vertice, Sandra was SVP of Finance at Amneal Pharmaceuticals for over 10 years. and VP of Treasury and Integration for the last 2 years. Before joining Amneal, Sandra was the Director, Controller of PLIVA Inc where she held progressive roles during her 12 year tenure. She holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and a MS in Taxation from Seton Hall University. Sandra is a CPA licensed in NJ and is an active member of both the AICPA and NJSCPA. Sandra also volunteers as a Branch Board member of the Somerville/Bridgewater YMCA.
