None that I could possibly think of at the moment.
Poor corporate culture, poor performing products, lack of vision. It seems they tried to commercialize a product that really doesn't work well.
Not much pressure, overall. They seem to understand that they are selling a product that does not work. Get one sale, then fond another sucker!
Not a whole lot. They are mostly young and enthusiastic, but that only goes so far.
Just one great big reality check would be highly beneficial.
A little research on the company. I already knew the market, just needed to understand their raison d'etre.

I have no idea what this question even means. Diversity in a work force is a noble hoal, but not a reality in a science-based business.
