decent pay could be better

long hours, communication sucks, and have rules and policies with excessively high punishments if broken

What do you like best about Vestcom's CEO and the leadership team?

never met the CEO so i don't know. my supervisor is pretty laid back but communication from the higher ups is almost non existent

How would you improve Vestcom's culture?

greatly increase communication, get rid of some of the new rules especially the punishments if broken, give all employees a raise due to cost of living going up, and stop using temp agencies in the hiring process

How did you prepare for the Vestcom interview?

i didn't i went thru a temp agency

How does your compensation at Vestcom compare to the industry average?

paternity leave for men whose partners have babies is amazing

What's the diversity at Vestcom like?

diversity isn't a problem we have even had people work here that don't speak english
