    If You Have a Fever, Stay Home

    The benefits that Vestmark provides its employees are some of the best around. Employees' wellness is one of the most important things to Vestmark. That's why the company pays for 90% of the medical and dental coverage plans. As for employees who are on their spouses' plan, they receive a reimbursement allowance.

    Employees are encouraged to take off from work when they need a break, and with a generous PTO plan of 15-25 days per year you'll feel recharged in no time. In addition, the company really doesn't want to see you in the office if you're sick, and you probably don't want to go in either. So that's why they provide you with 10 paid sick days a year.

    Speaking of your well-being, the headquarters in Wakefield has a gym on-site for employees. But if you don't work at that location, or anywhere near that location, don't fret. Through the health insurance plan, you'll be reimbursed for any fitness fees you acquire.
