The primary role of the Kennel Technician at the Clovis Animal Shelter is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitary conditions of animal enclosures and shelter facilities. This employee reports to the Animal Control Supervisor. This is a civilian position responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Clovis Animal Shelter premises and facilities. The position entails manual work involving custodial duties with a focus on cleaning and maintaining animal enclosures and facilities. Administrative tasks such as inspections and inventory management are also part of the responsibilities.
