Under the general supervision of the Sr. Manager of Fund Development, this
position supports efforts in integrated marketing and communications across all departments
and organizational goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:
Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies/campaigns aligned with
organizational goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy.
Create annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps.
Manage departmental messaging and communications, monitoring alignment between leadership and
staff.
Assist with the brand identity, messaging, creation/design, and distribution of marketing collateral,
including digital copy, print materials (inserts, bi-folds, tri-folds, and posters), advertising, event
announcements, and PowerPoint presentations.
Manage and prepare staff for radio and television appearances, and newspaper/online media outlets.
Primary point of contact for all media-related inquiries.
In charge of developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple outlets with Marketing
and Communications Specialist support.
In charge of establishing communication and marketing plans for events, appeals, programming, etc.
Support Development efforts as needed especially in the areas of event related fundraising, grant-writing,
and the design and facilitation of the Annual Appeal.
Facilitate organizational website design.
Assist with writing letters and invitations for resource fairs and special events about our program and
services. Assist with writing general thank-you letters and correspondence.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of successful communications and marketing work. 4 to 6 years preferred.
Minimum of 4 years working in a non-profit environment.

Summary/Objective
A Project Manager is an exempt position. A PM can manage basic field test programs and is expected to perform all Project Scientist requirements. Additionally, a PM serves as the company's in-field representative to interface with clients and regulatory personnel.
Essential Functions
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and performs the duties they are assigned
Conduct on-site field testing - Proven competencies with wet chemistry and/or instrumental sampling methodologies through standardized written and practical exams
Follow current standards, codes, and procedures regarding safe and effective use of equipment, maintenance programs and other policies as required
Ensure the company is represented in a professional manner while at customer sites and in the office
Train Project Scientists 1, 2 and 3 on field procedures, test methods, calibrations, etc., following company guidance

Preparation of the test team for the scope of work prior to mobilization. This includes:
Contact the Operations Manager or Client Account Manager (CAM) for a pre-job briefing
Review of chain(s) of custody, templates, and sample label
Contact client prior to mobilization to confirm testing events and schedule
Serves as the company's in-field representative to interface with clients and regulatory personnel
Completion of the Daily Activities Summary (DAS) daily
Supervise sample collection, chain of custody, and sample shipment
Update ATLAS with project information, including data submittal dates
Demonstrates effective and consistent leadership of field teams
Reviews all project preliminary data for accuracy and completeness, prior to submittal
Familiarity with CEMs sampling system and diagnosing field issues
Communicates and interacts with clients, regulators, and field team
Collects and uploads required plant process data for a project
Trains PS1s, PS2s, and PS3s their proper field duties
Ensure quality data collection
Review and upload data to the secure AST server each test day

This position collaborates as a part of an interdisciplinary treatment team within substance abuse treatment programs. The position provides guidance and counseling support as needed by overseeing and accompanying the patient in various program activities to ensure conformance with program schedules, standards, and policies.
We currently have the following shifts available:
Full Time, Monday-Friday, 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
Part Time, Saturday & Sunday, 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), or 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
The hourly base rate starts at $20.00 an hour.
There is a $2 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift and an additional $2 shift differential for weekends.

Orient new residents to the program's medication policies and procedures.

This Peer Support Specialist works as a part of the MVC team to provide direct peer support services to Veterans who may be experiencing or at risk of homelessness to help them resolve their housing crisis.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide on-going guidance, coaching and support to Veterans who may be experiencing or at risk for homelessness and may struggle with substance use and mental health disorders.
Work as part of NECHV and Pine Street Inn (PSI) outreach teams to conduct street, shelter and other types of direct Veteran outreach to form rapport and trust with Veterans to help connect them to needed support and services.
Assist Veterans in learning about and connecting to community resources that will help resolve and/or prevent their housing crisis, provide behavioral health support and other needed assistance/community resources.
Provide direct appointment accompaniment for medical/behavioral health care, benefits, housing, obtaining vital documents, etc.
Provide recommendations to the MVC and PSI teams regarding strategies to find, connect with and support Veterans who may be hard to engage and underserved.
Utilize a variety of evidence-based strategies such Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Approach, Trauma Informed Care, Progressive Engagement and Critical Time Intervention, to outreach, engage and provide services to Veterans.
Assure high quality completion of documentation, assessments and case notes in an electronic database by the deadline.
Deliver the highest customer service experience to all internal and external customers.
Attend and participate in department meetings, required trainings, clinical and administrative supervision, case conference and weekly team meetings.
Co-facilitate groups, if needed.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Under the general direction of the Director of Operations, this brand new position is part of the events team and will be responsible for fundraising, community events, and volunteers.
This position is on-site within the Operations Office.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:
Responsible for the successful planning and execution of events from concept to post-event.
Manage event budgets, track progress, and conduct evaluations.
Coordinate with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure all logistical elements are in place.
Develop and maintain comprehensive event timelines and project plans to drive attendance.
Compile and analyze post-event data to assess the event's success.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required. Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of successful event experience. 6-8 years preferred.
Ability to work independently and exercise judgment and discretion in line with organizational values.
Advance communication skills, including report preparation and customer service etiquette.
Ability to organize, coordinate, and complete projects by established deadlines.
This position requires some travel, so reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
Must be able to pass a CORI/Background Records check successfully.

We are looking for a goal oriented, skilled, and hardworking professional to fill the role of Substance Abuse Counselor. The primary goal of this position is to provide support and substance abuse counseling services to substance abuse treatment program patients to help ensure that the major objectives of their treatment are attained. This position works as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide clients with necessary program information, and is responsible for providing clients with direct individual and group counseling, education, clinical or case management services to assist clients with treatment plans and goals.
We are looking for a full-time, Sunday - Thursday, 9am-5pm employee.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:
Performs intake, evaluation, orientation, admissions, treatment planning, counseling, documentation, discharge planning and referral of substance abusing clients. Assesses all new intakes to determine presence and extent of substance abuse issues and mental health illness; completes evaluation report.
Assists client through individual, group, substance use or mental health use disorder counseling.
Develops and documents individualized treatment plans that address the needs of substance abuse client population. Collects statistics as required for reports; prepares required reports and paperwork and maintains audit ready client files.
Refers clients to appropriate treatment modality based on assessment. Recommends treatment plans for clients to program manager and criminal justice officials.
Develops and facilitates process groups and educational programs.
Ensures compliance with legal issues including but not limited to client confidentiality and risk management; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Attends and participates in all meetings as required.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field from an accredited institution. Master's degree in related field highly preferred.
Certification in alcohol and drug counseling, LADC I or II preferred.
Experience or education in substance abuse treatment and mental health disorders required. 2+ years of experience working in substance abuse treatment/mental health disorders is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of military culture, experience in working with veteran population and an understanding of veterans-related needs and issues preferred.
Must be able to successfully pass a CORI/Background records check.

Patient Assessment: Conducting initial, comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their need for inpatient care.
Information Gathering: Collecting and reviewing medical histories, current medications, existing treatment plans, and diagnostic information from patients, families, and referring providers.
Eligibility & Compliance: Reviewing information to ensure patients meet specific eligibility criteria for program admission that include reviewing the organization's requirements, insurance providers, and state regulations.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum Associate's degree from an accredited school of Nursing required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is highly valued.
Must have a current and valid Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse
Current certification in CPR
Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred. Experience providing nursing care in a substance abuse treatment setting is highly valued.
Time Management skills and the ability to answer medical questions before referral reaches Admissions staff

Job Summary:

Serve as concierge for Veteran complaints and issues and seek solutions.
Support a team focused on continuous improvement.
Coordinate and disseminate schedules to ensure appropriate staffing availability to meet all shift commitments.
Ensure a safe, secure environment which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of Veteran Residents.
In tandem with the Director of Operations, ensure the onboarding and training of new employees.

The Clinical Manager of the men's Residential Rehabilitation Services (RRS) program is responsible for providing clinical supervision to the RRS program staff. This position is responsible for reviewing and participating in treatment planning and follow-up with client care services. The qualified candidate must have team-building and leadership skills, management experience, substantial training in the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:
Works in collaboration with the Program Manager and provides clinical supervision and leadership of designated staff.
Responsible for oversight and assisting RRS program staff with treatment planning, patient assessments, and staff development of evidence-based practices and psychosocial approaches.
Assists Program Manager with developing a strategic plan to implement a comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment program.
Assists with developing the policies and procedures that will support the program and reflect the agency's philosophy and objectives.

Assists with developing and launching a patient engagement initiative, including outreach to de-stigmatize the utilization of counseling services, and works to enhance the "Culture of Care" and understands how to treat clients with dignity and respect and de-escalate upset clients.
Assists with establishing a Medication Management Team and the processes by which they will support clients.
Increases education, screening, care coordination, risk reduction interventions, and counseling for patients with or at risk of HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and other diseases associated with opioid use disorders.
Provides required documentation and timely reports (including narratives and data reports) as needed.
Along with the Program Manager, assists with facilitating staff meetings and assists with staff recruitment efforts.
Responsible for maintaining minimum clinical staffing 24/7 in order to assure client safety and adherence to state licensing requirements, including all critical staff on all shifts. Also, maintains a strict policy and practice of non-abandonment of client care and acts as the final line of coverage in the event of unavailability of replacement staff.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required.
LADC 1 required. LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred.
Documented supervisory/management experience.
