WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY: Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies/campaigns aligned with organizational goals. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy. Create annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps. Manage departmental messaging and communications, monitoring alignment between leadership and staff. Assist with the brand identity, messaging, creation/design, and distribution of marketing collateral, including digital copy, print materials (inserts, bi-folds, tri-folds, and posters), advertising, event announcements, and PowerPoint presentations. Manage and prepare staff for radio and television appearances, and newspaper/online media outlets. Primary point of contact for all media-related inquiries. In charge of developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple outlets with Marketing and Communications Specialist support. In charge of establishing communication and marketing plans for events, appeals, programming, etc. Support Development efforts as needed especially in the areas of event related fundraising, grant-writing, and the design and facilitation of the Annual Appeal. Facilitate organizational website design. Assist with writing letters and invitations for resource fairs and special events about our program and services. Assist with writing general thank-you letters and correspondence. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. Our programs provide client-centered care and recovery-oriented treatment within a therapeutic environment. This position collaborates as a part of an interdisciplinary treatment team within substance abuse treatment programs. The position provides guidance and counseling support as needed by overseeing and accompanying the patient in various program activities to ensure conformance with program schedules, standards, and policies. We currently have the following shifts available: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) Part Time, Saturday & Sunday, 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), or 3rd shift (11pm-7am) The hourly base rate starts at $20.00 an hour. There is a $2 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift and an additional $2 shift differential for weekends. Per diems earn a flat rate of $25 per hour. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY: Works with the patient and treatment team to develop substance abuse treatment goals and interventions, based on client's substance abuse/mental health history and current needs. Work as part of NECHV and Pine Street Inn (PSI) outreach teams to conduct street, shelter and other types of direct Veteran outreach to form rapport and trust with Veterans to help connect them to needed support and services. Assist Veterans in learning about and connecting to community resources that will help resolve and/or prevent their housing crisis, provide behavioral health support and other needed assistance/community resources. Provide direct appointment accompaniment for medical/behavioral health care, benefits, housing, obtaining vital documents, etc. Provide recommendations to the MVC and PSI teams regarding strategies to find, connect with and support Veterans who may be hard to engage and underserved. Assure high quality completion of documentation, assessments and case notes in an electronic database by the deadline. Deliver the highest customer service experience to all internal and external customers. Recommends treatment plans for clients to program manager and criminal justice officials. Develops and facilitates process groups and educational programs.
