Technician appointments- blood draws for therapeutic monitoring / screening tests, bandage changes, post-op checks, suture removals, AG, TNT.
Clinic technician- assisting doctor with outpatient appointments, preparing, restocking, cleaning exam room, check patients in and out, take history and vitals, input data into patient medical record, ensure a smooth and timely flow of outpatient appointments from check-in to discharge.
Assist with reception/front desk duties as needed- answering phones, booking appointments, admit/discharge patients.
Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
Assist with inventory control - informing inventory manager when products are getting low/out, unpacking, restocking drug & medical supplies.
Preparing prescriptions - dispensed medications & medication refills.

As a W2 employee with full benefits your salary will be guaranteed for both full- and part-time doctors. FT starts at just 34 hours/week and PT at 25 hours/week. Our vets are paid hourly so if you decide to stay late to help a clinic catch up, you will get paid for every minute of that shift. Each IndeVet's hourly compensation is determined by your location and the number of years you have actively been practicing veterinary medicine. The current range for this market is $66.00 - $73.00 an hour. Our FT Associate IndeVets start out with a base that's over six figures and that doesn't include all of the ways you can earn more by taking shifts that offer additional compensation that can add up to an additional $10.00 -$20.00 an hour. * Answer medical questions over the phone
* See patients right away as part of the VEG Triage and VEG Spikes, our unique, customer-centered way of doing things-like ensuring people see a doctor right away and allowing families to stay with their pets
* Gather the signalment, presenting complaint, vitals, and physical exam
* Conduct physical examinations of animals, along with other required investigatory measures such as ultrasounds, X-rays, bloodwork, and biopsies

* Prepare estimates and present them to customers
